Our Firm gives advice to companies engaging in telecommunication, data storage and broadcasting of all types, both with regard to their relations to the Government and their relationship with suppliers, or with their institutional or individual customers.
In this way, our Firm has developed experience in subjects including: license applications, participation in public or private procurements, negotiation and writing of complex contracts of all types with suppliers and customers, as well as preparation of private procurement documents.
In addition to this, our litigation teams participate actively in different courts in the defense of our clients’ interests, on subjects including the assessment of penalties by controlling authorities, violation of intellectual property rights by unauthorized third parties, disputes with providers of contents, or producers or artists.
Recent relevant cases:
- Negotiating and drafting a contract for supply of fixed line, mobile telephone and data transmission services in all Latin America, for a public utility company; and
- Negotiating and drafting a contract for datacenter and data transmission services for an international supermarket.
